We were considering relocating due to a new job opportunity and went to a local ReMax office and were referred to Jennifer.  She spent the better part of the next 3 days with us driving us around and taking us into 15 or more homes so we could get a better feel for the communities, schools, commute and values – without any commitment from us.  We were impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine interest in helping us find the right housing situation, and decided to work with her exclusively. 

Over the next 12 months (yes it took us that long) Jennifer took us into dozens of homes as we really explored the area and the different housing options we could consider.  On several occasions she arranged to spend 2-3 consecutive days with us when we came in from out of town to look at houses and did substantial prep work in advance for these house hunting trips.  She was always helpful, professional, easy to work with, and very patient.

Ultimately through her efforts we found a very nice home on a great lot in a great school district with a reasonable commute.  We would not have been able to do so without her perseverance and assistance.  We would absolutely use Jennifer again, have recommended her to a few others who we’re confident will also have a great experience, and highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a “real” real estate pro as someone who loves what they do and is very, very good at it.
